Customer Service: By definition, this is simply the service and etiquette provided to customers. Customer service means much more in regards to how this website brings together the members, Draven's vast listener-base, the advertisers, and the music community as a whole.
DJ-Draven's approach to customer service is in the name itself, to serve the customer. The needs of each party must be considered, even if this means providing something unique for a DJ-Draven member, or a firm that wants visibility on this website. This also means we have some requirements for advertisers, which are normally not required by other websites. However, these requirements ensure that there will be a solid base of DJ-Draven members you may rely upon to help grow your enterprise.

Banner Space
Banner space on DJ-Draven is based on levels of impression frequency, dependant of which of the two membership packages you select. The basic package will display one banner in constant rotation, located at the top of many areas of the website (calendar pages, artist pages, album pages, interview pages, etc.). The advanced package will display your banner five times more often; alternatively, you may choose to include up to four additional banners in the rotation. The advanced package also provides a stationary banner for any band or member of the music community having direct ties to your company, located on your custom bio page (subject to the band's approval).
Two Distinct Customer Bases
The two consumer bases present a unique marketing opportunity. One customer base includes those who visit the website. Most often these individuals are listeners of Draven's radio shows, those who want to read band interviews, view playlists, or browse Draven's extensive collection of music.
The other client base includes the actual members of the website, including bands, DJs, dance clubs, graphic artists, models, etc. This second consumer base is directly tied to one of the advertiser requirements: We ask that you be the provider of a product or service of value to the bands. This is partly why we place a heavy focus on seven key industries, as these have proven resources which music artists require. Just as you are reading this, we have specific packages offered for each part of the music industry, including bands. In addition to the stated benefits, these packages provide member access to any perks our advertisers can bring to the table. This provides immediate exposure of your company's offerings to potentially hundreds of thousands of bands, record labels, graphic artists, and many other participants in the music industry.
What you offer to the bands (typically a discount on products or services) also provides an incentive for members of this website choose your business for what they need. Touring bands require airline tickets, car rentals, lodging, and food. Touring bands also have a need for clothing, accessories, and other visual aids for their presentations. For example, live performance is a band's engine of success, but it's how these musical artists dress that provides the eye-catching wrapping for what they present.
With literally tens of thousands of bands in Draven's music collection, and many of these bands becoming members of this website, you are presented with many thousands of musical artists and supporters who will see what you can offer to them directly.
A Customizable Profile
Just like the musical artists and other members of music community who have profiles on this website, we offer profiles to advertisers as well. Your company's profile on DJ-Draven will be tied to your banner as a simple way of creating a one-page online calling card.
Your profile will be devoted to giving you and your brand the best image possible. We cater to your needs in tailoring your profile to look the way you find most appealing. We will even include links to your official site, and to any products or services you offer for sale.
Two Interviews
Most companies are known for what they sell and what their basic image is. Seldom does a business have the opportunity to make their voice heard directly to the public. We will make this a reality for you. Not only will you have a full company bio for your profile, but also two interviews devoted to honestly presenting your company in the best light possible.
One interview will be online, always accessible on DJ-Draven, in addition to a recorded audio interview. There is also the possibility for one or both interviews to be presented in other media outlets.
Product or Service Reviews
User reviews of your products or services are included in the advanced advertiser package (see below). With the progression of time, members of DJ-Draven who also become your loyal customers will be invited to share their impressions and insights into what you have to offer.
Few things could represent your company better than a popular member of the music industry who praises your company publicly. These reviews will be included in your profile, offering both customer bases a resource to see what advantages your company has over others in the same industry. In short, these reviews, together with your profile on DJ-Draven, can make lasting customers out of many diverse groups of music fans all over the world.
Detailed below are what the three distinct advertiser membership packages offer:
Basic Package:
- Your web banner included in the regular banner rotation on the website home page, visible according to your brand's respective region in the world;
- Representation in our membership packages, promoting your business to each music industry member of DJ-Draven;
- A custom-designed profile presenting your company and brand image;
- Interviews with your company in text format presented on DJ-Draven, both to the public and to DJ-Draven members
(content provided is at your discretion); - Reviews from music industry members of DJ-Draven, posted and added regularly to your custom profile.
- One standard-sized web banner (must be 470 pixels wide by 60 pixels high);
- Material that can be utilized in the development of your profile (such as text, pictures, graphics, or video);
- A discount on products or services that can be offered to DJ-Draven music industry members as part of their basic packages.
Advanced Package (upgrades in addition to the Basic Package):
- Your web banner included in the rotation of both the main page plus all secondary pages of the website,
visible according to your brand's respective continent; - Option to sponsor the Song Of The Week;
- Audio promos featured on any of Draven's radio shows (a means of promoting both your company and also DJ-Draven);
- Interviews with your company in audio format presented on DJ-Draven and potentially featured during radio shows
(content provided is at your discretion); - A minimum of two mentions by Draven, on air, about your company per month.
- A greater discount on products or services that can be offered to DJ-Draven music industry members as part of their advanced packages.
Executive Package (upgrades to the Advanced Package):
- Your web banner included in the rotation of both the main page plus all secondary pages of the website,
regardless of the visitor's location in the world; - Option to sponsor the Band Of The Month;
- A minimum of two conversational sound bites per month about your company, featured on any of Draven's radio shows
(to help build consumer awareness of your brand); - Reviews by Draven of your company and merchandise and/or services, available on this website or featured in any of Draven's radio shows;
- Any media posted or featured by DJ-Draven.com utlilized in ethical marketing avenues to help promote both DJ-Draven
and your company and brand.

- The fees below cover all that is offered above. There are no hidden costs! (please refer to the terms of service for more information);
- Prices are subject to change for monthly advertising memberships, whereas prices will not increase for each month prepaid (yearly).
- Please note that the price in US dollars is the constant base price. Due to repetitive flucuations in exchange rates, please refer to online resources (such as www.xe.com) to get the most up-to-date costs. We will update the listed costs in UK pounds and EU euros regularly, but we can't guarantee that the listed cost in these currencies is always accurate.
